Online Billing

TIC provide online billing to all of our network services customers. Calls are logged on the portal within 72 hours of being made and there are a number of graphs that can be viewed showing statistics about the calls your organisation has made.

Perform NT

Perform NT is a network based service that allows you to generate call reports from an exchange perspective. This means it can log events that other call reporting solutions can’t – such as how many times your customers heard an engaged tone.
