TIC is an established telecoms business in the West Midlands, set up in 2002 and is introducing a new role within our organisation. We specialise in design and delivery of bespoke telecom solutions to a wide range of businesses throughout the Midlands. Offices are based within 5 minutes of the M54 and easily accessible from both the M5 and M6 motorways.

About the Job:

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious and career minded Sales Professional to join our small experienced Sales division. The role involves attending scheduled appointments from our Telemarketing division for both new and existing businesses. Identifying opportunities during visits and have the ability to conduct business presentations in an articulate and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending scheduled appointments and be able to sell the full range of products and services that TIC offers to new and existing clients
  • Conduct business presentations in an articulate and professional manner
  • Updating and managing prospects on our CRM package – GoldMine
  • Participate in meetings on a 1:1 basis and collective Consultants meetings with our Business Sales Manager

Skills/Experience Required:

  • The individual will be expected to display ambition, resilience and interpersonal/presentation skills
  • Proven track record of building new business in the telecoms industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, driven and result focussed team player
  • Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills

Job Position Type: Full-time

Region: West Midlands

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary Range:

Basic Salary dependent on experience 21K-29K

OTE is uncapped. Expected year 1 >40K, Year 2 >60K

We are also prepared to offer a guaranteed commission package, dependent on experience during probationary period
